Most snow gear runs small so my rule of thumb is always order at least one size up. I read a bunch or the reviews for this suit and I ended up purchasing an XL. Im 57... weight 145 pounds. It fits comfortably but I could have definitely gone with a Large. Im going to keep it. Its a snow suit... nothing wrong with have some extra room. If I had the time to reorder Id order the large but XL will do just fine for my ski trip this weekend. Nice quality.. warm.. its cute
