Returns & Exchanges Policy

This policy applies to online purchases made through gsousnow.com.

1. Overview

If there are any kinds of issues with the items you received, online purchases made through gsousnow.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Requests submitted after the 15-day period will not be accepted.

If your return request has expired, please do not send back any items without communicating with us first. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized returns or parcels sent back without approval.

2. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at and provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

  • For orders that need to be cancelled but have not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
  • We will not accept order cancellation requests if the orders have already been shipped. In this case, please apply for a return after receiving the package.
  • Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email.

3. Return & Exchange Fees

  • Return/Exchange shipping fees are at the customer's own expense, including the order's original shipping fee.
  • There are no restocking or handling fees for exchanges, but the additional shipping cost for reshipment will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • For items returned for a refund, a 5% of purchase price restocking fee will be charged.

4. Eligibility & Conditions

  • Flash sale, Special offer, Base Layers, and Socks are not covered by warranty and are non-returnable.
  • Each order can only be processed for one return or exchange. We do not accept repeated or multiple returns/exchanges for the same order.
  • Please avoid buying multiple items just to try on sizes or looks, as this may cause stock issues and shipping delays. We reserve the right to refuse to provide return or exchange services for orders placed with clear try-on intent.
  • All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all original labels attached in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier and the tracking status is marked “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout, the shipment is considered completed. GSouSnow is not responsible for packages that are reported missing after delivery (including theft), and such cases are not eligible for a cash refund. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
  • Not all return and refund applications can be approved unconditionally. GSou Snow reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.

5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Step 1. Submit a request in our Return Portal

Please start your return or exchange through our Return Portal. Log in with the email used for your order, select the order/item(s), and choose Return or Exchange, then submit your request.

Step 2. We review and send instructions

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and email you with the next steps, including the return address and any required information. Please follow the instructions promptly—requests may time out and close if we don’t hear back in time.

Step 3. Return received & refund/exchange processed

After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Typically, refunds are completed within 5–15 business days after inspection. If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, please contact us at .

6. Return Shipping Instructions

  • After we provide you with the return shipping label or return address, please ship out the returns and send us the tracking number within 7 days. Otherwise, the return application will be deemed cancelled.
  • Any address printed on the original parcel is not an approved return address. We do not accept returned packages that are sent without an authorized return address from our customer service representatives.
  • No signature required. Please do not add a signature service; otherwise we may not be able to receive the package, which will delay your refund process.
  • Please double-check your return items before shipping. We are not responsible for the return of non-GSouSnow products. We cannot issue a refund until you contact the shipping company to redirect the parcel to the correct address or send back the correct products.
  • GSouSnow is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in return transit. You may contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
