Returns & Exchanges Overview

If there are any kinds of issues with the items you received, online purchases made through gsousnow.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Please note that requests submitted after the 15-day period will not be accepted.

If your return request has expired, please do not send back any items without communicating with us first. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized returns.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us () and provide your order number and state the reason.

  • For orders that need to be canceled but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
  • We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
  • Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

Are There Any Return or Exchange Fees?

  • Return/Exchange shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.(include order's shipping fee)
  • We provide free service for items returned for an exchange.
  • For those returned for a refund, a 12% of purchase price restocking fee will be charged.

Return & Exchange Requirements

  • Flash sale, Special offer, Base Layers, Socks are not covered by warranty and non-returnable.
  • Each order can only be processed for one return or exchange. We do not accept repeated or multiple returns/exchanges.
  • Please avoid buying multiple items just to try on sizes or looks, as this may result in the product not being able to ship out of stock, and we have the right to refuse to provide return or exchange services for this reason.
  • All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
  • Not all return and refund applications can be approved unconditionally. GSou Snow reserves the right of interpretation.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Please email our customer service representatives at to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without our agreement.

2. After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions and provide the necessary information promptly to proceed with the return or exchange process. Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in the request timing out and being closed, and we reserve the right to terminate further processing.

3. You will receive the refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once we process your refund or exchange, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. Return Shipping Instructions

  • Please ship out the returns and send us the tracking number in 7 days after the shipping labels or address are provided to you. Otherwise, the return application will be deemed cancelled.
  • Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.
  • No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-GSouSnow products. We can’t refund until you contact the shipping company to return to the correct address or return correct products.
  • GSouSnow is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit. You can contact the shipping company for a claim.
