Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package as well as a tracking number and a link to the shipping company website. If you don't receive your order, please contact us within 6 months after placing the order.
Custom Tax or Duty
Normally, customers are not assessed any additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipping. However, sometimes customers may be required to pay tariffs on their purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, Online purchases made through gsousnow.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
1. Flash sale, Babydolls&Chemises, Bustiers&Corsets, Teddies, Bras&Bra Sets, Panties, Shapewear, Stockings, Nude Bra, Special offer, Jewelry are not covered by warranty and non-returnable.
2.All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
3. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.
4. For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
