Returns Policy

We have a 30 days return policy!

You are eligible to a FREE return and refund for unworn* Items which are damaged or defective, for wrong items and items shipped in the wrong color**. Please note that we don’t refund unconditionally, you need to provide photographic evidence which outline the problem as soon as you receive the items.

Please make sure they are in its original package if they are faulty, damaged or otherwise defect, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the package, the customer bears the shipping cost.

*Items worn purely to see if they fit are not considered worn. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

**Color shown on your device might not be the exact color of the item due to lighting/contrast/display quality/color settings.

To ensure high quality standards and reduce friendly fraud or otherwise fraudulent claims, each item is photographed by the QA team.

We only accept products in their original condition, and cannot process products that are returned without our approval. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service at Contact Us and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package. Please be noted that the refund of the shipping fee for the order is unable to be issued.

Shipping

Gsou Snow ships most orders within 48 hours of being placed, but some do take longer to process. We cannot guarantee same day shipping, so if you need special assistance please call us. All orders are shipped via DHL/UPS/TNT with the exception of APO addresses. Because of this we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping time is between 4-8 working days to all major destinations, the fastest shipping method
